Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026

1. Who we are

This website, nikrob.agency (the “Website”), is operated by NIKROB BIO, INC. (“Nikrob”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with its office at 600 N Broad Street, Suite 5, Middletown, DE 19709, United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Website and when you communicate with us. It does not apply to mobile applications we develop or publish — each app has its own privacy policy, available on its App Store product page and inside the app.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your name and company (if you include them) and the content of your message and any attachments.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers may automatically process technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This information is used to deliver the Website and keep it secure.

Cookies

The Website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our content-delivery and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Website from abuse. If we introduce analytics or other optional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent.

Third-party content

The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. Please see Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

3. How we use information

  • to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • to evaluate, enter into and perform business relationships;
  • to operate, maintain and secure the Website;
  • to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations and to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal information on the basis of our legitimate interests (responding to inquiries, running and securing the Website), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent where consent is required.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only with:

  • service providers that host the Website, deliver content or provide email, acting on our instructions;
  • professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under duties of confidentiality;
  • public authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights;
  • a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Business correspondence may be retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and corporate record-keeping laws.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK).

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
